2. What is the cancellation policy for the tour?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the tour start time. After that, the tour fee is non-refundable.
3. Are meals and transportation expenses included in the tour?
It does not cover your transportation costs, lunch expenses, or admission fees.（Guests do not need to pay for the guide’s transportation, lunch, or admission fees.)
4. Can the tour guide speak languages other than Japanese?
Our guides speak Englsih.
5. Is it allowed to take photographs during the tour?
You are welcome to take photos anywhere except in prohibited areas. Your guide will let you know in advance where photography is restricted.
6. Are there any restrictions on carrying luggage during the tour?
Since it’s a walking tour, please come with minimal luggage and wear comfortable, lightweight attire.
