2.What is the cancellation policy for the tour?
You can cancel for free by sending a cancellation email to us 24 hours before the tour’s start time. After that, the tour fee is non-refundable.
3.Are meals and transportation expenses included in the tour?
It does not cover your transportation costs, lunch expenses, or admission fees.(Guests do not need to pay for the guide’s transportation, lunch, or admission fees.)
4.Can the tour guide speak languages other than Japanese?
Our guides speak English.
5.Is it allowed to take photographs during the tour?
You are welcome to take photos in all areas except where photography is prohibited. Your guide will inform you in advance about the restricted locations.
6.Are there any restrictions on carrying luggage during the tour?
Since it’s a walking tour, please come with minimal luggage and wear comfortable, lightweight attire.
